‘World Senior Citizens Day Assembly’ – Std. I & II

The World Senior Citizen Day special assembly held in the ARA hall on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. The assembly started with the school prayer, followed by the school hymn, a Thought for the day, a few facts on the significance of the day and finally a video on showing gratitude to grandparents was played. Class, teachers distributed the origami sheets and asked the students to make a greeting card for their grandparents. The students enjoyed colouring the greeting card and they wrote a few sentences about their grandparents and thus they exhibited their own creativity and love for grandparents.
