Std. IV – Picnic to Jollywood

The students of Std. IV were taken on a one-day picnic to Jollywood, Bengaluru, on Thursday, February 18, 2026. The excursion was thoughtfully planned to offer students recreational exposure and meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom. They assembled on the school campus and departed at 9:30 a.m., arriving at the venue by 11:00 a.m.
The expansive amusement park featured a delightful array of themed attractions and rides. Upon arrival, students were given identification tags for entry. After enjoying breakfast in the dining area, they eagerly set out to explore the park. Their itinerary included visits to the Glow Garden, Mirror Maze, Jurassic Park, Dinosaur Museum, Titanic Museum, and the 5D Theatre, each offering a unique and immersive experience. Later, the students moved to the dry rides section, where they enthusiastically tried attractions such as the Bumper Cars and Rock Climbing, along with several other rides appropriate for their height and age. In the afternoon, they returned to the dining area for lunch before heading towards the much-anticipated wave pool and water rides. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time in the water, splashing and playing with great excitement. After drying off and changing, they relished their snacks, refreshed and cheerful. The day concluded with a spectacular dance show featuring vibrant lighting, captivating music, and talented performers, leaving the audience enthralled. Overall, the picnic was a joyful and enriching experience, making wonderful use of the children’s boundless energy. It was a memorable day filled with laughter, learning and cherished moments shared with teachers and classmates.
