Sports Day – Kinder Champs

The 20th Annual Sports Meet, Umeed… Hope for All, was celebrated with enthusiasm on October 24, 2024, marking a significant milestone in our academic year. Teachers and students arrived early, dressed in vibrant sports attire, setting an energetic tone for the day. The program commenced with the arrival of our Chief Guest, Ms. Gagana, a National Skater, followed by a heartfelt invocation song, a welcome address by Principal Vani Ma’am and the ceremonial flag hoisting. Our Independence Day march-past winners led a synchronized parade, followed by a spirited march from our Kindergarten team, culminating in an oath-taking ceremony and torch lighting to officially open the meet. The event featured colourful display dances by Std. 1 and 2, along with dynamic performances from Kindergarten students with displays titled ‘Dreamers’ and ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling.’ Athletic events spanned two tracks, with prompt announcements and real-time prize distributions by our Chief Guest and school Heads. Parents joined in the excitement with fun-filled competitions, adding to the lively atmosphere. Despite unpredictable weather, the Sports Day concluded on a high note with a closing ceremony led by PE teachers and the National Anthem, celebrating teamwork, enthusiasm and the vibrant spirit of our young champions.
