Onam & Grandparents’ Day Celebration – KG

Mitra Kinderworld joyfully celebrated Grandparents’ Day and Onam, honouring the wisdom of grandparents while embracing the cultural richness of the festival. The Kindergarten Block was adorned with festive decor, including a colourful floral carpet (Pookalam) and a traditional lamp, while a photo booth added to the cheer, capturing special memories of grandparents with their grandchildren. Grandparents were warmly welcomed with Mishri and Elaichi and honoured with badges as a token of love and respect. The day was filled with fun-filled activities like storytelling sessions, craft making, fun games and lively performances designed to strengthen the bond between grandparents and children. The celebrations concluded with grandchildren presenting heartfelt thank-you cards to their grandparents. This memorable event beautifully blended tradition, family and festivity, leaving behind cherished moments for all.
