National Science Day Assembly – Std. I & II

National Science Day is celebrated annually to honour the discovery of the ‘Raman Effect’, which earned the Indian scientist Sir CV Raman the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930. To educate students about his remarkable achievements and contributions to science, the students of Std.I and Std.II organised a special assembly on Friday, February 28, 2025. The event began with an introduction to the significance of the day through the Thought for the day, a few interesting science facts, an educational video and a teacher’s talk. This was followed by a lively science song, to encourage joyful learning. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, leaving students inspired by the wonders of science.
