‘Kites to Bonfires Activity’ – LP

Makar Sankranti, the harvest festival, is a time of joy, abundance and celebration in the farming communities – when they reap the fruits or their hard labour. People around the country celebrate the festival as an auspicious occasion, and one of good fortune and prosperity. The religious festival honours Lord Surya, the Sun God. On this day, people fly kites and prepare sweets. On January 12, 2024, Kites to Bonfire Activity was conducted in the school for the Lower Primary students. The students made colourful kites and designed them to show their creativity. This activity indeed brought smiles on their faces and the excitement shown by them was unmatchable.
