Kites to Bonfire Making Activity – LP
Makara Sankranti, the festival signifies the end of winter and long days, and the beginning of a new season. The period is called Uttarayan and is considered very lucky. People around the country celebrate the festival as an auspicious occasion, and one of good fortune and prosperity. The religious festival honours Lord Surya, the Sun God. Makar Sankranti is celebrated every year on 14th of January.
On 13 January 2023, Kites to Bonfire Activity was conducted in the school for the students of Std I and Std II. The students made colourful kites and designed them to show their creativity. This activity indeed brought smiles on their faces and the excitement shown by them was unmatchable.
