Kannada Rajyotsava Special Assembly – Std. III to V
Kannada Rajyotsava, also known as Karnataka Formation Day or Karnataka Day, is celebrated on November 01, every year. This day in 1956 was formed when all the Kannada language-speaking regions of South Western India were unified to form the state..To promote awareness of Karnataka’s culture and heritage, the students of the Upper Primary section organised a special assembly on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Through this assembly, students explored the significance of Kannada Rajyotsava and celebrated the richness of the Kannada language. They performed songs, dances and performed a short skit to honour this occasion. Additionally, students shared inspiring thoughts, news and songs in Kannada, further highlighting the pride of the state. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, marking a memorable celebration of Kannada Rajyotsava.
