Hindi Diwas Day Assembly – Std. I & II
The students of Std.I and Std,.II celebrated Hindi Diwas to commemorate the adoption of Hindi as one of India’s official languages. The event was marked with great enthusiasm. The assembly began with a prayer to seek the blessings of the Lord, followed by a brief explanation of Hindi Diwas. The ‘Thought for the Day’ was shared, along with a few facts about the significance of the day. A song celebrating Hindi as a language was performed, reminding everyone of its status as Rashtra Bhasha and the uniqueness of this beautiful language. Teachers further explained the importance of this day emphasising that the language and culture of any country plays a crucial role in connecting people and building a strong nation. The celebration concluded with a ‘Teacher Talk’, which highlighted that Hindi is the soul of Indian culture.
