The Fruitylicious Mix-Up Salad Making Activity was a delightful hands-on experience that encouraged healthy eating and creativity among the children. Parents were informed in advance to send chopped fruits for the activity. During the session, teachers introduced the ingredients and explained their nutritional benefits. Guided step-by-step, the children mixed the fruits in their bowls, added a pinch of salt and pepper, and gently tossed their salads.
