Flute Making Activity – Std. I & Std. II
As part of the Krishna Janmashtami celebrations, the students of the Lower Primary Section organized a creative Flute Making Activity on Monday, August 18, 2025. The activity was designed to engage students in hands-on learning experience while connecting the festival with art and craft and highlighting Lord Krishna’s love for the flute. Students participated with great enthusiasm, using colourful A4 sheet paper and decorative materials to design their own flutes. Guided step by step by their teachers, the children were encouraged to explore their imagination and creativity. The classrooms came alive with excitement as the little ones proudly displayed their beautifully crafted flutes. The activity not only enhanced the festive spirit but also helped develop fine motor skills, creativity and a sense of cultural appreciation. Through this joyful experience, the children gained a deeper understanding of the symbolic importance of Krishna’s flute as a messenger of love, peace, and harmony.
