Field Trip to Institute of Wood Science and Technology (IWST) – Std.VII

As part of the educational journey beyond the classroom, Grade VII students had a memorable and enriching experience during their visit to the Institute of Wood Science and Technology (IWST), Malleswaram on the 15th & 16th June 2026. The trip was both exciting and informative, offering valuable insights into sandalwood harvesting, silviculture management and wood technology. The experience also inspired a strong sense of environmental responsibility in students. As proud and responsible citizens, the students took a heartfelt pledge to protect, preserve, and nurture the environment, carrying forward the message of sustainability and conservation in their daily lives.
