Field Trip to Bannerghatta National Park – Std. II

In order to make the students understand the importance of nature and natural resources an educational field trip was arranged to the Bannerghatta National Park on Thursday, July 20 and Friday, July 21, 2023. Purpose is essentially to educate and have a fun bonding experience and also to encourage curiosity. The students of Std. II expressed great enthusiasm in visiting the Zoo. Children learnt the objective to save and appreciate wildlife. They boarded the school buses as per the schedule and sang various songs learnt in the school with their friends. At the venue, they saw different kinds of wild animals. Students were amazed to see animals in the Zoo and many of them showed interest in reading the information written on boards about the animals. Students appreciated the aesthetic value of the environment and expressed the importance of natural resources. The trip was fun-filled and knowledgeable.
