Environment Day Special Assembly – Std. VI to Std. X

A special assembly was conducted with great enthusiasm by Mitra Academy to celebrate World Environment Day, on Thursday, June 04, 2026 , inspiring students to reflect on their role in protecting the planet. The programme was graced by the eminent environmentalist, Mr.Santosh Harish , who addressed the students on pressing global issues such as climate change, pollution, biodiversity loss, and water scarcity. The event featured a special assembly with thought, facts, poem and a short skit engaging student activities.The skit highlighted the consequences of rising temperatures, droughts, and extreme rainfall, leaving the audience with a powerful message on environmental responsibility. The celebration successfully combined awareness, creativity, and action, empowering students to become active contributors towards a greener and more sustainable future.
