Deepavali Special Assembly – UP

Deepavali, the festival of lights in Sanskrit means a row of lights. This festival is observed throughout the country. It symbolises the spiritual “victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance”. In order to celebrate the festival of lights a special assembly on Deepavali was conducted by the students of Std. IV E and IV F on Monday, November 06, 2023,. The program commenced with the school prayer, thought for the day and news followed by a weather report, a group song and a dance. A teacher spoke a few words on the significance of this festival. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
