‘Class Picnic’ – Std. II

‘A picnic is a state of mind that can be made anywhere.’
The students of Std II were taken on a picnic on Thursday, January 18, 2024 to the Guhantara Resort, Kaggalipura. The cheerful, excited and curious young minds were accompanied by their teachers and other school staff. They arrived on time ready to make the most of what promised to be a day filled with excitement and non-stop activity. The students were extremely excited and kept singing songs in the bus till they reached the venue . They were ushered in for a sumptuous breakfast, which came as a welcome energizer for the students. Fully replenished, they plunged headlong into the activities which were planned for them. Children were thrilled to dance to the grooving music in the rain dance arena. For lunch, children enjoyed a vegetarian meal complete with an ice cream in the end. Snacks were served in the evening followed by class wise photo sessions on the green landscape. It was a wonderful opportunity for all the children to strengthen their bonds and everyone came back to the school rejuvenated.
