Christmas Special Assembly – Std. III to V
Christmas, an annual festival celebrated worldwide, commemorates the humble birth of Lord Jesus Christ, on December 25th. On Thursday, December 19, 2024, the students of the Upper Primary Section, conducted a special assembly to mark this joyous occasion. The assembly commenced with a prayer followed by an inspiring quote on the Christmas spirit. The choir presented the classic carol ‘Carol of the Bells’. This was followed by a lively dance performance on a peppy number which added to the festive atmosphere. The teacher’s talk effectively conveyed the story of Christmas and the significance of celebrating it. The highlight of the assembly was a beautifully staged nativity scene, with children portraying Mary, Joseph, the shepherds and the three wise men. The celebrations concluded with the rendition of the National Anthem, leaving everyone with the true essence of Christmas.
