Children’s Day Special Assembly – Std. III to V
Children’s Day was celebrated with immense joy and enthusiasm at Mitra Academy on Friday, November 14, 2025, in honour of the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, who believed that children are the true strength of the nation and the foundation of a brighter future. The entire campus buzzed with excitement, filled with cheerful laughter and vibrant colours as students came dressed in their best attire.
A variety of engaging and entertaining programmes were organised exclusively for the students. The highlight of the celebration was a special Yakshagana performance by the Middle and High School teachers, which truly captivated the audience. Teachers also presented lively dances, skits, songs and musical acts, drawing wide smiles and enthusiastic applause from all the children. Sweet was distributed to all the students as a token of love and appreciation. The students enjoyed the activities that were planned for them with great delight.
The day concluded with a message encouraging students to dream big, believe in themselves, and grow into responsible citizens. The event truly reflected the spirit of childhood — filled with laughter, innocence, and celebration.
