Children’s Day Celebration – Special Assembly – Std. I & II

The Lower Primary section of Mitra Academy conducted a delightful Children’s Day Special Assembly filled with enthusiasm and warmth. The programme began with the School Hymn followed by an introduction to Children’s Day and the Thought for the Day which highlighted that “Children are the future of our nation.”
Teachers shared Amazing Facts about Children’s Day, including its significance and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s love for children. This was followed by an inspiring Teacher’s Talk by Ms. Yasmeen and a cheerful Children’s Day Song performed by the teachers.
Students enjoyed the puppet show presented by Ms. Jyoti Duggani and Ms. Abhirami followed by a magic show presented by Ms.Nikhath M S and Ms.Eram on live science experiments. A lively dance performance by the teachers added fun and excitement to the celebration. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, leaving the children with smiles and cherished memories.
