Blood Donation Camp

“Your blood is someone’s hope. Donate it generously”
This quote echoed in the corridors of Mitra Academy on Saturday, June 20, 2026. In line with the culture of service and community involvement that has been built over the years, the school organised a Blood Donation Camp, which aimed at promoting community service, inspiring compassion, social responsibility and generating awareness about the importance of blood donation.
The camp was organised by the school management under the aegis of the Rotary Club and the BMST. Through a plethora of live models and engaging activities the students spread awareness about blood groups, the importance of a healthy heart and the importance of blood donation.
As always, all stakeholders of the Mitra family came together to help the community and the camp was a runaway success while the first open house fostered trust and collaboration among parents, teachers and the school management.
