Parents’ Day – Std. I

Parents’ Day, themed “Talent Fiesta,” was celebrated on Saturday, August 29, 2026, with great enthusiasm and joy. The event provided the students of Grade I with a wonderful platform to showcase their talent, creativity, confidence, and teamwork. The programme commenced with the Pinning of Badges, Lighting of the Lamp, Invocation Song, Inaugural Dance, Welcome Song and the Welcome Address by the Principal, Ms. Vani Trilok. Students from Std. I then presented a vibrant array of role plays, dance performances and medley songs, culminating in a spectacular Finale Dance. The celebration also included engaging activities for parents, including a Musical Quiz organised by Arun Sir added an element of fun and excitement while the delightful “Come and Find Me” activity challenged parents to identify their children from photographs featuring only their eyes. These activities created an atmosphere of laughter, excitement and togetherness, making the celebration a joyful experience for both parents and children.
The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks followed by the National Anthem and refreshments. The enthusiastic participation of the parents, confident performances by the students and dedicated efforts of the teachers made ‘Talent Fiesta’ a memorable and enriching celebration for the entire school community.
