Guru Purnima Assembly – Std. VI to Std. X

Mitra Academy observed Guru Purnima with a special morning assembly on 30th July,2026.The program aimed to instill values of gratitude,respect and lifelong learning while celebrating the sacred teacher-student relationship.
The program commenced with the prayer, followed by the News Headlines, a Thought for the Day and a poem recitation, expressing the invaluable role of teachers in nurturing values.The assembly was further enriched by a graceful dance performance and the Teachers Talk that emphasized on respect, mutual trust, humility and gratitude as building blocks of a mentor-student relationship.
The assembly reaffirmed the message that a guru is the guiding light that leads students from ignorance to wisdom.
