Std. V – Field Trip to HAL Aerospace Museum

The students of Std. V embarked on an educational visit to the HAL Aerospace Museum, with Std. V A, B, and C visiting on Monday, July 06, 2026, and Std. V D, E, and F on Tuesday, July 07, 2026. The visit was designed to provide students with an enriching experiential learning opportunity and deepen their understanding of the fascinating world of aviation and aerospace technology. Students explored a fascinating collection of aircraft, miniature models and exhibits showcasing the remarkable contributions of Indian engineers in designing and developing aircrafts for defence, rescue operations, agriculture and meteorological research. They also enthusiastically observed displays on radars, solar panels, parachutes, and the museum’s herbal garden. A major highlight of the visit was the gallery depicting the evolution of aviation through photographs and exhibits spanning several decades. The displays left the students inspired and fascinated by the remarkable advancements in aerospace technology. The excursion proved to be an engaging and memorable learning experience, fostering curiosity, enhancing scientific awareness, and deepening students’ appreciation for India’s achievements in aviation and engineering.
