World Blood Donor Day Assembly – Std. III to Std. V
To create awareness about the importance of blood donation and its life-saving impact, the students of the Upper Primary section conducted a special assembly on the theme “A Drop of Hope, A Gift of Life” on June 19, 2026 in the ARA Hall.
The assembly commenced with the School Prayer, followed by an introduction to the theme, the Thought for the Day and news updates. Students shared interesting facts about blood and the significance of blood donation, helping their peers understand how a single donation can make a difference. A short talk highlighted the vital role of voluntary blood donation in saving lives during emergencies and medical treatments. The skit “The Real Hero” effectively portrayed blood donors as selfless individuals who give others a second chance at life.
The assembly concluded with a meaningful message on the value of kindness and service, successfully creating awareness about blood donation while inspiring students to develop empathy, compassion and social responsibility.
