Welcome Back Special Assembly – Std. VI to Std. VIII

MITRA Academy organized a vibrant Welcome Back Assembly for the students of Classes VI to VIII on Tuesday, June 02, 2026 in the ARA Hall, marking the beginning of the new academic year with enthusiasm and positivity. The assembly commenced with the School Prayer, followed by a warm welcome address and an inspiring message by the Principal, Ms. Vani Trilok. In her address she encouraged students to uphold the values of hard work, responsibility, respect, and perseverance. She also applauded the school’s outstanding ICSE Board Examination results, introduced the newly elected Student Council members and extended a warm welcome to the newly appointed teachers.
The assembly featured a Thought for the Day, Mitra Vaarthe, a melodious welcome song by the teachers, an entertaining skit and an energetic dance performance, all of which added colour and excitement to the occasion. A motivating Teacher’s Talk further inspired students to begin the year with confidence and determination. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem. The assembly successfully fostered a sense of belonging, rekindled school spirit and motivated students to embark on a productive and successful academic year.
