School opens for Std. I to Std. V (New Admissions)

The new students of the Upper Primary Section received a warm and cheerful welcome on Monday, June 01, 2026, and Tuesday, June 02, 2026. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as the young learners embarked on a new chapter of their academic journey at Mitra Academy. The assembly commenced with the School Prayer, Thought for the Day, news highlights and a collection of interesting fun facts, setting a positive and enthusiastic tone for the day. Students then introduced themselves, providing an opportunity to make new friends and feel comfortable in their new environment. Adding a splash of creativity to the welcome programme, the students enthusiastically participated in the delightful Frog Paper-Craft Activity. A guided tour of the school campus helped them become familiar with various facilities and learning spaces. The fun continued with engaging activities such as the lively Freeze Game and the colourful Tulip Craft Activity, which fostered creativity, teamwork and joyful participation. The two days were filled with laughter, exploration, learning and meaningful interactions. The warm welcome and engaging experiences ensured that every student felt valued, included and at home. The teachers extended their best wishes to the new joinees and looked forward to supporting them on a successful, enriching, and memorable journey at Mitra Academy.
