Tech Tathlon Competition – Std. I & Std. II
To nurture creativity and enhance digital skills among young learners, a Tech Tathlon Competition was conducted for the Lower Primary students on Thursday, February 26, 2026. The Preliminary Round was conducted during the lab periods from Monday, February 02 ,2026 to Friday, February 13, 2026. The respective computer teachers selected the best five students from each section based on presentation (visual appeal), application, logical thinking, selection of tools and creativity. The final round was conducted in the Junior Computer Lab. The selected students were assigned individual systems to draw and colour a scenery using Tux Paint and MS Paint. They were judged on the criteria of Presentation (Visual Appeal), Application, Logical Thinking, Selection of Tools, and Creativity. The children created beautiful and imaginative sceneries using the tools they had learned in Tux Paint and MS Paint. The competition was conducted systematically with equal time allotted to all participants, ensuring fairness and discipline. The top three students (First, Second, and Third) were selected from each section and awarded certificates. The competition successfully encouraged students to think creatively, use digital tools effectively, and present their ideas confidently through technology.
