Mitra Times Activity – Std. I & II

The Mitra Times activity on the topic “Underwater Adventure” was successfully conducted for Lower Primary students with the objective of enhancing their creativity, imagination and language skills. The activity aimed to introduce students to the fascinating world beneath the sea while encouraging self-expression through age-appropriate tasks. Students actively participated by drawing and colouring underwater scenes, naming various sea animals and writing a few lines about their favourite underwater creature.
The students displayed great excitement throughout the activity. Their drawings reflected creativity and imagination, while their responses demonstrated a growing awareness of marine life. The activity helped improve vocabulary, observation skills and confidence among the learners. Overall, the Underwater Adventure Mitra Times activity was a joyful and enriching experience. It effectively combined learning with fun and contributed positively to the students’ holistic development.
