Class Picnic to Grameen Camp – Std. II

Class II students had a joyful and memorable picnic to Grameen Camp on Friday, January 23, 2026. The students and teachers left the school at 9:15 a.m. and reached the venue with great excitement. Upon arrival, the children were organised into groups and provided with coloured bands for easy identification during various activities in an orderly manner, followed by a healthy breakfast. The day was filled with fun and learning as the children took part in outdoor games in the play area, tyre race, Lagori and Snakes and Ladders. These activities helped build teamwork, coordination and confidence. At Halli Mane, the students explored Channapatna toys, learned about traditional grinding methods, natural colours and watched a pottery-making demonstration. A tractor ride and traditional games added extra cheer to the experience. The children enjoyed a delicious lunch followed by evening snacks before returning to school safely , carrying with them  happy memories of a wonderful day filled with laughter, learning, and togetherness.
