Gandhi Jayanthi Assembly – Std. III to Std. V

A special assembly on Gandhi Jayanti was held on October 09, 2025, for students of Standard III to V, commemorating the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and the International Day of Non-Violence. The assembly began with a prayer, followed by a thought for the day on Gandhiji’s teachings. Students presented a melodious song and a symbolic dance showcasing the key moments of Gandhiji’s life and philosophy. A teacher addressed the gathering, inspiring students to practise truth, non-violence, and service in their daily lives.
The performances were received with enthusiastic appreciation from the audience and the assembly concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the National Anthem. The event effectively blended learning, reflection and creativity reinforcing Gandhiji’s enduring values.
