International Mother Language Day Assembly – Std. I & II

International Mother Language Day is celebrated every year on 21st February, to honour and respect all languages worldwide. Language, especially our mother tongue, is a vital part of our culture. The primary objective of this celebration is to raise awareness about linguistic and cultural diversity across the globe. Students of the Lower Primary section enthusiastically presented an amazing assembly for their peers. The assembly began with the ‘Thought for the day’, followed by interesting facts and concluded with a fancy-dress parade. Students proudly represented different states, dressed in traditional attire, beautifully showcasing unity in diversity. Indeed, the closure carried a beautiful message that despite our differences, we stand together as one, celebrating the spirit of being Indian.
