Sankranti Celebration – Patang Making Craft Activity – KG

Makara Sankranti, the festival of harvest was celebrated with immense delight and excitement at Mitra Kinderworld. Our little ones came dressed in traditional attire, adding charm and vibrance to the entire campus. The Kinder Auditorium, adorned with festive decorations and colourful kites, became the heart of the celebration. The festivities included an engaging talk by our teachers about the significance of the festival, followed by lively and energetic dance performances by the children. The highlight of the event was the Patang Making Craft Activity, where children enthusiastically created their own kites. They left for home with joy, proudly flying their handcrafted kites high in the sky. This celebration not only brought joy but also fostered cultural awareness and helped enhance the fine motor skills of our young learners, making it a truly enriching experience.
