Open House Presentation – Std. I & II

Mathematics provides an effective way of building mental discipline, encourages logical reasoning, stimulates cognitive development and mental rigour.On Saturday August 24, 2024, the students of Std I and II hosted an engaging Open House presentation on the theme ‘Mathemagic – Wonders with Numbers’. The event aimed to make mathematics fun and demonstrate its relevance in daily life through various hands-on activities, games and riddles. The highlights of the presentation included models, charts, posters, a representation of the shopping world and a roleplay done by a few students on the famous Mathematicians. Students asked math riddles and conducted games for parents. Students confidently spoke and presented their exhibits to parents. The Open House was a great success, making Math enjoyable and highlighting its importance in everyday life. The collaboration between students, teachers and parents made the event truly special. Parents were delighted to visit the campus and gain insight into their child’s progress in this Parent Teacher Meeting.
