Scout Scarf Day and Scouting Sunrise Day – Std. III to V

Scout Scarf Day and Scouting Sunrise Day are celebrated on August 1st, which are pivotal events in the Scouting calendar that foster a deep sense of pride, unity, and commitment among the Scouts worldwide. These occasions provide opportunities for Scouts to celebrate their heritage, engage with their communities and connect with the global Scouting family. Through these celebrations, the enduring legacy of Lord Baden-Powell and the values of the Scouting movement continue to inspire and shape the lives of millions of young people around the world.
The new members of the Scouts and Guide from Std. V of our school were welcomed by donning the scarves, instilling in them the values and principles of Scouting. The ceremony paved the way to celebrate the sense of unity and community that the Scout scarf represents. The new Scouts and Guides felt a sense of pride and belonging to a global community dedicated to similar values and goals as they embarked on their Scouting journey.
