Field Trip – Std. VII – Dairy Ice Creams Ltd.

Ice-creams are always a favourite with children. Students of Std. VII got an opportunity to see where all the yummy treats come from. They visited the Dairy Ice Creams Ltd., Kanakapura on 6th July 2023. Students were briefed about the complete process of ice cream making which involved the pasteurisation process, R&D process, storage, manufacturing and storing. They also visited the packaging department and the cold storage. As they left the place, they were each treated with a cup of fresh ice-cream. Students were delighted to see how ice creams are made and packed before they actually reach the customers. The whole experience was enthralling as they understood how one of their favourite desserts is prepared.
