Inter-house Competition for Girls – Throwball – Std. VII

An Inter-House Throwball Competition was held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at the DHI Ground for the students of Grade VII Girls. The event highlighted the importance of physical fitness, as throwball not only enhances heart health but also boosts muscle strength and bone density.
All four houses participated in the competition with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship. The event was organized and conducted by the Physical Education Department under the guidance of Ms. Pavithra, who began by selecting teams for each house and ensuring fair play throughout the matches.
After a series of exciting and closely contested games, Emerald House emerged as the champions, defeating Ruby House in the finals with a score of 21-15 and 21-09. Ruby House secured the runner-up position. The competition was a great display of teamwork, skill, and spirited participation.
